What Ms. Carrol should know.
Hi, my name is Rebecca Welch. I come from James Monroe Elementary School. I like to read in my spare time. The class is fairly relaxed. Every week we have a grammer quiz. Lately, we have been doing a study island quiz ,too. We do all our tests on the smartbourd via clickers. Every week we have to comment on someones blog from the past week. We also have a blog post every week. Mrs. Patalano tells us what to post. Every day we have to read at least 20 pages and have signed consent from our parents. We can only use the form she gives to us as I have found out many times. We are currently doing a unit on future careers and King Tut. That's all you need to know.

While this post is on topic, I think that it does not adequately showcase your writing proficiencies. You do not evidence your intelligent and sarcastic "voice" in this piece, rather you just state the facts. I know next week's post will be more in line with the writing that I know you are capable of!
ReplyDeleteI liked your post Rebecca, but it is a little low in length. It is informative, considering how you have explained a lot about our class procedure, but why don't you describe yourself. Also, how can you say I don't follow your blog when there is a droplet-shaped W icon as a follower. Let me guess who that is, it's me! I mean, I could have just signed my name. Anyway, come to my blog, because I'm going to make a few argument maps, and I know you'll like them. See if you can prove me wrong. My blog is rainsremarkable.blogspot.com. By the way, I liked your post, but it is more like a summary of our English class.
